Seven dedicated roles, each with their own dashboard: Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent, Accounts, Management, and Driver. Every role only sees what's relevant to them.
Starter is ₹1,999/month, Professional is ₹2,499/month — both billed annually with no hidden fees. School chains and multi-branch trusts get a Custom quote based on branch count and requirements.

Staff and students check in with a photo, and their location is checked against a geofence around the school. Staff attendance additionally requires an admin-approved device, so it can't be marked from a random unrecognised phone.
The driver's app pushes GPS pings as the bus moves along its route, and parents see the live position on a map. Every drop-off is also logged with a timestamp against the route.
Yes. Every portal — Teacher, Parent, Student, and Admin — is fully mobile-responsive and works smoothly on any smartphone browser.
Every school gets its own isolated database — never a shared table with another institution's records. Databases and payment credentials are additionally encrypted, not just access-controlled.
Genuinely encrypted. Sensitive values like database passwords and payment gateway keys are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption, and raw secrets are never logged or shown again after they're saved.
Access is strictly role-based — teachers see only their own class, parents see only their own child, and financial data is restricted to Accounts and Admin. Even URL tampering can't leak another student's record; it returns nothing.
No. Each QR code is an opaque, signed token — not a student's name, ID, or any readable personal detail. Scanning it doesn't expose anything unless it's looked up inside the school's own system.
Payments go through your school's own Razorpay account — money never routes through Mezoway. Every payment webhook is verified with an HMAC signature and processed with duplicate-payment protection.
